Backstory

GoGlobal Productions, was hosting an informational seminar at Capilano University that focused on the benefits of studying abroad, and they needed some promotional materials to market their event.

A Flyer that Flies!

This flyer is one of my favorite concepts because of its perfect match of form and function.

I developed the concept one night while thinking of an innovative way to market the event while also incorporating its theme of international travel, which lead me to consider things that symbolize it- and what better symbolizes international travel than an airplane?

That was my lightbulb moment- paper plane promo flyers.

Results

The event was full, with over 30 attendees, and I consider this concept a huge success not only because of its creativity and blend of form and function, but because a few attendees even kept their flyers as souvenirs.
